Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of Stridos account data, connected integration data, and data received through Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Slack, Telegram, Google, Apple, Android, and other integrations.

1. Request Deletion by Email

  1. Email privacy@stridos.app from the email address associated with your Stridos account.
  2. Use the subject line: "Delete my Stridos data".
  3. Tell us which data you want deleted: all account data, a specific integration, Meta-derived data, Slack data, Telegram data, Google data, or another connected service.
  4. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data.

2. Disconnect Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp

You can remove Stridos access from your Meta account settings where connected apps and business integrations are managed. After removing access, email us if you also want us to delete any Meta-derived data stored by Stridos.

For Meta-related deletion requests, include the Meta app name shown to you, the Facebook Page or Instagram account if relevant, and the Stridos account email used to connect the integration.

3. Disconnect Other Integrations

  • Slack: remove Stridos from your Slack workspace app settings, then email us if you want stored workspace-derived data deleted.
  • Telegram: remove or block the Stridos bot or Mini App, then email us if you want stored Telegram-derived data deleted.
  • Google: remove Stridos from your Google account's third-party access settings, then email us if you want stored Google-derived data deleted.
  • Apple, Android, email, calendar, and other services: revoke access in the provider's account settings and email us for deletion of stored Stridos data.

4. What We Delete

Depending on your request and applicable law, we delete or de-identify account profile data, waitlist data, integration tokens, connection metadata, messages, tasks, reminders, files, receipts, calendar items, generated summaries, and other content associated with your account or the specified integration.

5. Timing

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by law or platform policy. Some information may remain in backups, logs, or audit records for a limited period where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or platform obligations.

6. Confirmation

After processing a deletion request, we will confirm by email when reasonably possible. If a platform provides a deletion request flow or confirmation code, we will follow that platform's applicable requirements where technically supported.
